we take a lot of time to curate the floor plan for each market but if you have any concerns or changes please get in contact with us at info@foragelifestyle.com and we will try our best to accommodate the best we can.

power at these markets is done on a first come, first serve basis due to the event being held in an old cattle barn with limited sockets. power is only available on tables 10, 11, 12 and 13. please note that this is directly in front the DJ but the music is played at a relaxed level with speakers elevated and angled and the DJ knows to take you into consideration - please tell the DJ if the music is to loud and he will turn it down.
there is a lot of natural light in the barn but feel free to bring battery lights etc.

we hire a range of rustic tables so size can vary slightly. tables will be set out at the event so please don’t bring you own. the table size is roughly 6ft x 2ft.

please don’t put anything in the walkway as this will help massively with congestion. you are more than welcome to use the space under your table but their will be no room to the side of your table for rails, card racks etc. unless you have requested this already.

at our markets for 2025 and going forward we want to promote exhibitor spending in the aim to create a creative community within the forage markets. we have managed to secure all exhibitors discounts from the following:
• discount from Rigg & Furrow for alcohol, soft drinks & hot drinks.
• discount from all food vendors: Saturday - Aupa Smash Burgers, Copper Rice Box & Two J’s Pizza. Sunday - Flankman, The Big Banh & Two J’s Pizza.
• discount from our lifestyle stall at forage. - 10% off our products for all stall holders
we please ask if you could be as kind to all stallholders, forage and rigg & furrow staff and outside food vendors. we are suggesting a blanket 10% off - if possible this would be great! all exhibitors, staff and outside vendors will be given a forage lanyard to prove they are apart of the event to avoid any confusion. thank you all for your support.

the street food vendors listed above will be present during the open hours of the market / till they sell out in case you wanted to make use of these during the market days. click the names above to be forwarded to each street vendors instagram if you want to check out their offerings. they will be positioned outside the taproom and will be offering a exhibitor deal (either percentage off or set price).

alcoholic, hot drinks & soft drinks - available to buy from Rigg & Furrow in the taproom and outdoor pod.
they will be offering special discounts for exhibitors (either percentage off or set price).

toilets can be found inside the end hemmel barn - to the right from the entrance doors.
there are also toilets inside the taproom (through the main doors and to the left).

this year we have introduced a small entry fee of £1 to visitors of our market. under 16s, carers and pets go free.
Exhibitors can claim up to 4 free tickets to bring friends, family or to give out to instagram followers. To claim these please email info@foragelifestyle.com and tell us how many tickets you require, with each persons email and what day they want to attend and we will send them a free ticket via email. please don’t worry about this for any staff or helpers you may have for your stall - this only applies to visitors.
set up and pack down
set up for the market is from 10am on both the saturday and Sunday. please could everyone make sure they have finished set up by 11:45pm so we are ready for a prompt start.
when unloading the car you can do this directly outside the end hemmel barn, before moving your car to the exhibitor car park behind the venue (see map). the venue is on ground level with no steps from the cark park to the barn.
if you need any help with boxes or set up both Ellie and Steve will be available to help.
pack down will be from 6pm on both the saturday and Sunday for those of you doing one or both days at the market.
please could you pack down your stall first and then bring your car to the barn. this way we can assure visitors have left the site and spaces will be available for an easier pack down. if you need to leave earlier due to any reason please find Ellie or Steve before packing away your stall.
both ellie and steve will be available to help with pack down on both days.

we have been working hard to get out physical and online promotion in the run up to the event but we could use your help for one last push! If you could please share the Facebook event with your followers that would be great!
we will also be doing some posts to give visitors a sneak peek at what they can expect to see again the market - again, any reposting and sharing would be greatly appreciated.

• for those exhibiting on both days, you can leave your stalls set up over night as the end hemmel barn and farm will be securely locked. this is however done so at your own risk but it is advised to take higher ticket items home with you.
• a reminder to send over PL insurance documents if you haven’t already done so.
• although there will be heating on in the barn, as it is a rustic venue it is still advised to layer up just in case.
